5. Payment, Invoicing & Contracts
Transparent Pricing & Retainers

Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Final assets belong to the client only after full payment is received.
- Pegasus Digitals retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
- Project cancellations by the client may incur a termination fee.
- If Pegasus Digitals terminates the agreement, unused prepaid services may be refunded at our discretion.
6. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Client Data Security
We implement strict cybersecurity measures to prevent breaches and unauthorized access. All sensitive data is handled with the highest level of security.
Device & Software Policy
- Employees and contractors must use secure devices and VPNs when working remotely.
- Unauthorized sharing of login credentials or project files is strictly prohibited.
7. Social Media & PR Guidelines
Brand Representation
Pegasus Digitals team members must represent the company professionally online. Sharing confidential company or client details on social media is strictly prohibited.
Influencer & Partnership Policy
- We maintain ethical sponsorship and influencer collaborations.
- No engagement in controversial topics on behalf of Pegasus Digitals.
8. Termination & Exit Policy
Employee Exit Procedure
- Employees must provide a notice period before resigning.
- All company assets (devices, software access, files) must be returned before the final day.
Client Offboarding
- Upon contract completion, final files and invoices will be processed.
- Any transition of assets to another agency must be pre-discussed and approved.
